Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage outreach activities using a provided contact list with consistent tracking.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, customer-focused manner.
• Proactively reconnect with inactive or under-engaged accounts to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and align them with Emerson’s solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and support updates to proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and quotations within CRM systems.
• Follow up consistently on leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Participate in structured training programs and apply learnings to day-to-day engagement.
