Qualifications

• Strong interest in sales, business, engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Effective communication skills and comfort engaging using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage outreach activities with a provided contact list.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Proactively reconnect with inactive or under-engaged accounts to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and align with Emerson’s Energy Transportation Solutions and Reliability Solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and support updates to proposals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and quotations within CRM systems.
• Follow up consistently on leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Participate in structured training programs and apply learnings to day-to-day customer engagement activities.
