• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and align them with Emerson’s Energy Transportation Solutions and Reliability Solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and support updates to proposals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and quotations within CRM systems.
• Follow up consistently on leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Participate in structured training programs and apply learnings to day-to-day customer engagement activities.
