Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Regional Construction Practice Graduate to join the DIFC-based team. You will support client servicing, broking, and business development for construction projects across infrastructure, oil and gas, petrochemical, and power sectors in the IMEA region.

This role offers exposure to major construction risks and regional markets, with opportunities to develop technical knowledge and client relationships within a multinational, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client portfolio management and day-to-day servicing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision makers.
• Support preparation of client deliverables including briefing notes and coverage summaries.
• Assist in broking and placement activities with attention to detail.
• Help gather, review and compare reinsurance terms and coverage options.
• Support timely processing of invoices and policy documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
