Job summary

WSP in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a proactive Proposals Coordinator to support bid development and pre‑qualification submissions. You will assist in coordinating proposal documentation, ensure client requirements are met, and maintain bid trackers and market intelligence records.

Collaboration with technical teams will be essential to gather information for client submissions and to support client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in engineering consultancy or related environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, commercial curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Genuine interest in the engineering consultancy sector and building a career in work winning, business development and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of bids, proposals and pre-qualification submissions.
• Assist in managing proposal documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather information for client submissions.
• Maintain bid trackers, business development databases and market intelligence records.
• Support client engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in developing presentation materials, reports and business communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Work Winning processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business sectors and disciplines.
