Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated Emirati graduate to join our team as a Project Coordinator in Sharjah. This role provides hands-on experience in supporting project planning, execution, and coordination across departments.

The successful candidate will assist in preparing pricing bids, coordinate resources, and develop bids with strong Excel data analysis. A recent engineering graduate with excellent organizational and communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
• Recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a project-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing pricing bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate to coordinate and allocate resources for various projects.
• Participate in developing comprehensive bids, gathering necessary documentation.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report creation.
• Leverage background in finance or engineering to address operational challenges.
