Teneo in Dubai invites applications for a Graduate Associate Consultant role. You’ll participate in live client work with structured training and coaching from experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to senior leaders and diverse sectors across the Middle East.

You will learn problem-solving, analysis, commercial judgment and communication, taking on increasing responsibility as you develop your consulting toolkit and confidence.

Formación

• On track to achieve, or already hold, a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and structured approach.
• Confidence working with numbers and drawing conclusions from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
• Attention to detail and the ability to balance accuracy with productivity.
• Drive to take on unfamiliar challenges and maximise learning and development opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across companies, markets and sectors.
• Analyze data and evidence to identify insights and support recommendations.
• Help teams develop and test hypotheses and solve complex client problems.
• Produce clear, high-quality presentations and written materials for clients.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to case team discussions and problem-solving.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Teneo and build an understanding of clients and markets across the Middle East.
