Teneo is seeking a Graduate Associate Consultant in Dubai to work with experienced consultants on live client projects across the Middle East. The role includes a structured induction, training and regular feedback as you grow your consulting toolkit.

You will conduct research, analyze data, test hypotheses and prepare client-ready presentations, gaining broad exposure to sectors and strategic challenges facing leading corporates and public-sector organisations.

Formación

• On track to achieve, or hold, a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Our Management Consulting team advises senior leaders on the strategic questions that shape the future of their organisations. We combine rigorous analysis, commercial judgement and deep sector expertise to help clients solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes across the Middle East.

The region is home to ambitious organisations, fast-changing markets and significant investment and transformation. As part of our growing Middle East team, you will work alongside experienced consultants on projects for leading corporates, public-sector organisations and investors, building your consulting skills while gaining exposure to a diverse range of sectors and business challenges.

Role

As a Graduate Associate Consultant, you will quickly become involved in live client work. You will be given meaningful responsibility from the outset, with support from experienced colleagues, structured training and regular feedback as you develop your confidence and consulting toolkit.

Your work will include:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research across companies, markets and sectors
• Analysing data and evidence to identify insights and support recommendations
• Helping teams develop and test hypotheses and solve complex client problems
• Producing clear, high-quality presentations and written materials for clients
• Contributing ideas and perspectives to case team discussions and problem-solving
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Teneo and building an understanding of clients and markets across the Middle East

You will learn by doing, supported by a structured induction programme, ongoing training and coaching from experienced colleagues. Over time, you will build core skills in problem-solving, analysis, commercial judgement, communication and client service, while taking on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
