Job summary

Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm, is seeking a Director in Management Consulting in Dubai to lead complex client engagements and shape strategic outcomes for senior leaders. You will drive program delivery, mentor teams, and contribute to business development across diverse sectors in the region.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in strategy/management consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of leading senior client relationships in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Strategy/Management Consulting or related advisory environment
• Proven track record of leading client engagements and major strategic programmes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Experience developing and managing senior client relationships
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching and developing junior colleagues
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead complex projects, working directly with a Managing Director
• Demonstrate a strong consulting skill set, leading complex analytical programmes, generating insight-driven recommendations for clients
• Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through to refinement and validation with senior colleagues and clients
• Lead case teams on a day-to-day basis, including workload planning, delegation, coaching and development of junior colleagues
• Lead and support business development activities, including identifying opportunities with existing and prospective clients
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
• Lead client presentations and workshops, communicating complex ideas clearly to senior audiences
