Teneo in Dubai seeks a strategy professional to lead workstreams, develop recommendations from hypotheses, and manage client engagements. You will build relationships with junior and mid-level stakeholders, lead presentations, and support business development while coaching junior team members.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in strategy or advisory, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, or advisory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and professional ambition.
• Ability to manage workstreams independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discrete workstreams or manage smaller engagements directly.
• Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation.
• Manage case or workstream teams including workload planning, delegation, and coaching.
• Build relationships with junior and mid-level client stakeholders.
• Lead presentations and communicate recommendations and insights to clients.
• Support business development activities including research and proposal development.
• Support the development of junior team members.
