Teneo is expanding its Middle East Management Consulting team in Dubai. We are seeking a Graduate Associate Consultant who will be involved in live client work with meaningful responsibility, supported by experienced colleagues, structured training and feedback.

Your work will include qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, hypothesis testing and producing client presentations as you develop core consulting skills and confidence for complex business challenges in the region.

Formación

• On track to achieve, or already hold, a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Role

As a Graduate Associate Consultant, you will quickly become involved in live client work. You will be given meaningful responsibility from the outset, with support from experienced colleagues, structured training and regular feedback as you develop your confidence and consulting toolkit.

Your work will include:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research across companies, markets and sectors
• Analysing data and evidence to identify insights and support recommendations
• Helping teams develop and test hypotheses and solve complex client problems
• Producing clear, high-quality presentations and written materials for clients
• Contributing ideas and perspectives to case team discussions and problem-solving
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Teneo and building an understanding of clients and markets across the Middle East

You will learn by doing, supported by a structured induction programme, ongoing training and coaching from experienced colleagues. Over time, you will build core skills in problem-solving, analysis, commercial judgement, communication and client service, while taking on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
