Job summary

ByteDance seeks a driven student or graduate to join the Employee Mobility & Workplace Service Products Team in Dubai. You will help shape enterprise AI product ideas, drive agent features from 0 to 1, and translate user needs into real product experiences for ByteDance employees worldwide.

Working with a global team, you’ll analyze feedback, build evaluation setups, and explore office automation and knowledge management applications.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above; CS/AI/Info Mgmt preferred, strong hands-on AI experience welcomed.
• Clear logical thinking, self-driven, and user-value oriented with good communication.
• Passion for AI products and keeping up with LLM/Agent trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Agent product planning and design: shape capabilities from 0 to 1.
• Uncover enterprise user needs through interviews and data analysis.
• Build and refine AI capability evaluation systems and measure performance.
• Explore AI application innovation in office automation and knowledge management.
