Job summary

ByteDance in Dubai is seeking a Project Intern to contribute to AI-powered product experiences across enterprise service systems. You will participate in AI product evaluation, competitor and user research, product solution design, and assist with implementing AI capabilities in real business workflows.

This on-site internship is ideal for students able to work in Dubai full time or at least 3 days per week, with hands-on capability and strong product thinking.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate in CS/AI/ID/PD/IS/DS or related technical discipline.
• Available to start internship immediately, ideally within one week.
• Strong interest in AI products with basics of LLMs, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and related concepts.
• Hands-on AI product or interaction design experience for AI interactions, prompts, workflows, or prototypes.
• Experience with Vibe Coding or AI-assisted development; ability to build demos or automation scripts using AI tools.
• Experience in AI product evaluation with test cases, evaluation metrics, or issue attribution methods.
• Strong structured thinking, information research, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• AI Product Evaluation: evaluate enterprise AI capabilities, analyze outputs, and propose optimization suggestions.
• AI Product Research: research AI Agent products and enterprise AI solutions; deliver structured research reports.
• Product Design Support: assist in analyzing business processes and AI implementation opportunities; support PRDs and flowcharts.
• Hands-on AI Practice: build prototypes, prompts, and lightweight demos; apply Vibe Coding to validate ideas.
