Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a proactive professional to join the AI vertical evaluation team in Dubai. You will drive the planning and design of evaluation frameworks for AI agents and coding agents, turning frontier capabilities into reusable evaluation systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in CS/AI/Info Mgmt/Statistics or related field.
Strong structured thinking and sustained interest at the intersection of evaluation, data, and AI products.
Clear logical thinking, self-driven, and user-value oriented; able to think from the user's perspective to solve problems.
Genuine interest in AI products, model evaluation, and benchmark systems, with a habit of following latest developments in LLM/Agent space.
Familiar with AI/Agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation product planning and system design for AI agents and coding agents, creating evaluation frameworks and dashboards.
Distill enterprise users' core pain points from interviews and data analysis and translate them into product requirements.
Collaborate with algorithm, engineering, and data teams to build evaluation platforms and automatic pipelines supporting model optimization.
