Job summary

PayIt, a GovTech innovator, is hiring a Solutions Analyst to drive SaaS deployments for government agency teams in Dubai. You will own client implementations, lead project management, and gather business rules to ensure successful delivery.

You will develop prototypes using Platform tools, coordinate with engineering and PMO, manage tests and defects, and create training materials and client documentation to support ongoing usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software/IT
• Hands-on implementation experience with web technologies or as a Solution Analyst
• Ability to lead large enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams
• Own client implementation efforts including project management and gathering business rules
• Develop and configure prototypes using Platform tools based on client needs
• Coordinate requirements and timelines with engineering and PMO teams
• Manage test planning, bug coordination, and validation of requirements
• Support clients in maintaining platform hygiene and proactive problem solving
• Serve as the primary connection point for hand-off to Client Success and Operations
• Develop training and maintain client-related documentation
