Job summary

First Point Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Product Owner / Delivery Lead to steer end-to-end AI, data and digital transformation initiatives for government and enterprise clients. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into deliverables for partners, manage risks and timelines, and drive adoption through change management and training.

• 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Delivery Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, or implementation partners.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems proactively, and drive decisions.
• Strong requirements gathering, user story definition, and documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
