Key Responsibilities
- Process visa and work permit renewals for all employees across Al-Futtaim Group, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect necessary documents and arrange medical appointments.
- Create service requests for renewals and submit signed contracts to the labor team within set deadlines to prevent fines or delays.
- Manage requests for designation, salary, and personal information updates on labor contracts and official records.
- Handle urgent cases requiring immediate medical or documentation processing.
- Renew work permits for employees under dependent sponsorships while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Oversee the collection, organization, and distribution of renewal documents received from mailrooms to the respective case handlers.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of all ongoing and completed transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure all activities align with Al-Futtaim's standards of professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative Services, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in government services, HR administration, or PRO-related roles, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and work permit regulations.
- Excellent administrative, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital document management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly.
