Job summary

Confidential, a leading government entity in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Legal Affairs Analyst to join our governance, compliance, and regulatory team. This role targets UAE Nationals with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who aspire to develop a career in legal affairs.

You will review contracts and legal documents, conduct research, summarize laws, and advise internal stakeholders. Excellent Arabic and English communication, confidentiality, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Sharia & Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of relevant experience in legal affairs, contracts, compliance, governance, or related areas.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and analyze contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide summaries of applicable laws, regulations, and government directives.
• Support the development and review of internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Assist in providing legal advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
• Prepare legal correspondence, reports, and briefing notes.
• Maintain legal records and ensure proper document management and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal matters.
