Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Goods Flow Manager to optimize store logistics, secure stock availability, and drive customer satisfaction. You will lead a diverse team, monitor budgets, and implement action plans to improve goods flow from receiving to fulfillment.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and budgeting experience, with flexibility to cover early and late shifts in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail and/or logistics at tactical and operational levels.
• Proven leadership in managing people and business processes.
• Ability to set and implement action plans with clear direction and follow-up goals.
• Experience in budgeting and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Logistics Manager and assist in executing and monitoring goods flow action plans.
• Lead the goods flow team to optimize operations and ensure high stock availability at the lowest cost.
• Secure a capacity plan and effective goods flow processes including receiving, replenishment and order fulfillment.
• Understand budget, cost and KPIs to plan, follow up and steer the business.
• Implement logistics actions from the store business plan into goods flow processes.
• Identify and develop talents within the goods flow team for succession planning.
• Ensure efficient daily goods flow operations per Service Protocol and minimize pickup wait times.
• Ensure compliance with code of conduct, regulations and health, safety, security, environment standards.
