Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail seeks a Goods Flow Group Leader to coordinate inbound and outbound activities, optimize space and staffing, and uphold safety and quality across store operations. You will drive efficiency, train team members, and support sustainable practices within a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 3 years in goods flow or supply chain, strong English, and a proactive, collaborative mindset aligned with IKEA-style values and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years of experience in goods flow and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of retail operations.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and Navision.
• Good command of the English language.
• Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Experience managing activities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to support continuous improvement in daily logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate goods flow across inbound and outbound operations within the store.
• Balance space, equipment, people, and volumes for daily logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environmental regulations.
• Provide input for logistics action plans and support implementation.
• Develop team competence and share best practices in goods flow.
• Maintain accurate daily goods flow operations for product quality and stock accuracy.
• Support collaboration with Transport Service Providers and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment.
