Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Golf Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day club operations, ensuring exceptional service for members and guests at a luxury golf facility.

You will manage the golf shop, tee sheet, events, and a collaborative team across maintenance, F B, membership and marketing to deliver a seamless, revenue-driven operation aligned with Troon standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in golf operations or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of golf shop, tee sheet, tournament and member-service operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer-service skills.
• Commercially focused, organized and proactive.
• Experience in retail, inventory management and revenue growth.
• Golf-related qualifications or PGA membership are preferred.
• Previous experience working with Troon is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Golf Operations team ensuring exceptional service for members and guests.
• Oversee the golf shop, outside services, locker rooms and daily tee sheet operations.
• Drive retail performance through merchandising, inventory control and stock management.
• Plan and deliver golf events, tournaments and member activities to the highest standard.
• Develop, coach and motivate the Golf Operations team while maintaining Troon's service standards.
• Build strong relationships with members, guests and corporate clients ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Work closely with the Golf Course Maintenance, F B, Membership and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless operation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue and the overall golf experience.
