Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Golf Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day club operations, ensuring exceptional service for members and guests at a luxury golf facility.

You will manage the golf shop, tee sheet, events, and a collaborative team across maintenance, F B, membership and marketing to deliver a seamless, revenue-driven operation aligned with Troon standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in golf operations or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of golf shop, tee sheet, tournament and member-service operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer-service skills.
• Commercially focused, organized and proactive.
• Experience in retail, inventory management and revenue growth.
• Golf-related qualifications or PGA membership are preferred.
• Previous experience working with Troon is highly preferred.
