Job summary

The Meydan Hotel in Dubai seeks an Outside Service Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all outside golf operations. You will support daily golf facility functions, maintain external service areas, and assist in tournaments and events while upholding Meydan Golf and Troon standards.

Your role emphasizes efficient, professional, and courteous service, with focus on cart management, guest assistance, and adherence to safety and grooming guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• Less or equivalent to high school education; or a minimum of six month’s training / working in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor areas clean, organized, and well presented.
• Maintain cart barn, charging stations, and wash-down areas.
• Assist with guest handling, bag and club support, and equipment tracking.
• Provide guidance on golf course policies, cart usage, etiquette, and pace of play.
• Assist with coordinating tournaments and events and tee-off operations.
• Support food and beverage service for guests on course and driving range.
• Follow health, safety and Meydan Golf grooming standards.
