• Minimum 3 years of experience operating golf course maintenance equipment in a professional or resort setting.
• Proficiency with ride-on and walk-behind mowers, tractors, and turf-care machinery.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality turf presentation.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized golf course maintenance equipment including mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and topdressers with precision and care
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Execute mowing, rolling, aeration, and cultural practice tasks according to agronomy standards and playability requirements
• Maintain accurate equipment usage logs, fuel records, and service documentation
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and environmental guidelines
• Support grounds team during peak seasons, tournaments, and special events as required
