Job summary

Viya in Dubai is seeking an proactive Operations Executive to support onboarding and integration of golf clubs onto the Viya platform. You will coordinate with clubs, internal teams, and partners while managing timelines and documentation throughout implementation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication skills and experience in operations, project coordination, or account management within golf, hospitality, or technology environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, account management, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of golf clubs to Viya.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Manage onboarding timelines, trackers, and project plans.
• Collect club information, assets, pricing, and content.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate onboarding meetings, training, testing, and go-live.
• Identify risks and dependencies to ensure delivery.
• Support outreach to prospective clubs and industry partners.
• Assist with lead generation, prospect research, and qualification.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demos.
• Maintain CRM records and onboarding updates.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare agendas and minutes; support cross-functional projects.
• Follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.
