Job summary

Harakter Invest is seeking a Gold Sales Advisor to build and manage a portfolio of investor relationships, guiding qualified investors through onboarding and the gold capital-introduction program.

You will identify prospects, nurture long-term relationships through a multi-meeting cycle, and clearly explain investment structures and profit-share bases while coordinating KYC/AML with the compliance team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in relationship-based B2C or B2B sales.
• Experience with family offices is a strong plus.
• Existing network or access to target investor communities (South Asian, Chinese, or GCC).
• Comfortable with a longer sales cycle and consultative selling.
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML concepts or willingness to be trained.
• Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, or Mandarin language skills a strong plus.

• Identify and approach qualified investor prospects within assigned target segments/communities
• Build long-term relationships. This is a trust-based, multi-meeting sales cycle, not a single-visit close
• Accurately explain the investment structure and profit-share basis. Never overstate or guarantee returns beyond what is formally approved
• Coordinate with the compliance coordinator to complete KYC/AML documentation for each investor
• Represent Haracter Holding professionally at investor events and meetings

Requirements

• 3+ years in relationship-based B2C or B2B sales: banking (relationship/wealth), real estate, luxury goods, or financial services preferred
• Experience working with or selling to family offices is a strong plus, with familiarity in how family offices evaluate, decide, and allocate capital
• Existing network or credible access to target investor communities (South Asian, Chinese, or GCC national)
• Comfortable with a longer sales cycle and consultative, not pushy, selling style
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML concepts, or willingness to be trained before client contact
• Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, or Mandarin language skills a strong plus given target markets
