Job summary

Esly Gold Trading FZCO is seeking an Investment Relationship Manager to grow our investor network in the gold and bullion sector. You will be the trusted contact for clients, combining market knowledge with relationship skills to drive growth.

You will nurture relationships with investors, identify opportunities, and present gold investment solutions while collaborating with trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in gold trading, bullion, wealth management, brokerage, investments, or financial services.
• Solid knowledge of gold markets, bullion trading, and investment products.
• Proven track record in investor relations, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of global gold pricing and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A results-oriented, commercially minded approach.
• The ability to earn client trust and maintain lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Spot new investment opportunities and win new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Present our gold investment and bullion trading solutions to potential clients.
• Understand each client's investment goals, risk appetite, and financial needs.
• Explain gold market trends, pricing, and key investment considerations in a clear, useful way.
• Track international gold prices and the economic factors that move the market.
• Keep clients informed with regular market updates and investment performance reports.
• Guide clients through the full journey, from first contact and onboarding to ongoing account management.
• Work closely with the trading, operations, compliance, and finance teams for smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain accurate records of client details, communications, and transactions.
• Meet targets for client acquisition, revenue, and investment volumes.
• Uphold company policies and all applicable regulations in every client interaction.

Esly Gold Trading FZCO is seeking a driven Investment Relationship Manager to grow and nurture our network of investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and corporate clients in the gold and bullion space.

You will be the trusted point of contact for our clients, combining deep market knowledge with strong relationship-building skills to deliver outstanding investment experiences and business growth.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

2–5 years' experience in gold trading, bullion, wealth management, brokerage, investments, or financial services

Solid knowledge of gold markets, bullion trading, and investment products

Proven track record in investor relations, sales, or business development

Strong understanding of global gold pricing and market dynamics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

A results-oriented, commercially minded approach

The ability to earn client trust and maintain lasting relationships

Advantageous: an existing network of HNWIs, investors, or corporate clients, and prior UAE market experience
