Qualifications

• 2+ years in crypto/Web3 marketing or community roles.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems and crypto culture.
• Proven ability to engage online and offline communities.
• Independent worker with ownership mindset in fast-paced teams.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and relation-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mantle as a community ambassador across global Web3 ecosystems.
• Build and actively engage local and online communities.
• Engage builders, students, and early-stage founders to support ecosystem growth.
• Drive awareness and adoption of Mantle’s RWA & AI ecosystem.
• Maintain post-event relationships and convert engagement into long-term participation.
• Support meetups, panels, and industry events; collaborate on activations and campaigns.
