Job summary

D3 is building the world's first purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, with team members across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We are looking for a marketing-minded professional in Dubai to help manage daily social publishing and community engagement.

You'll own channel experiments from X to TikTok, run production for events, and produce consistent reports. Strong writing, project management, and async collaboration across time zones are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong project management instincts.
• Ability to context-switch across multiple projects.
• Clear, fast writing skills.
• Experience with social schedulers and analytics dashboards; familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support daily publishing across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Own community listening and engagement.
• Test and build new channels like TikTok and Telegram.
• Maintain content calendar and coordinate contributors.
• Produce social graphics and event flyers using Figma or Canva.
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track UTMs and maintain clean attribution.
