Job summary

Parfums de Marly in Dubai seeks a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to lead permanent VM materials development across markets, ensuring aesthetic, technical and operational consistency of VM devices.

You will design and oversee the full range of permanent VM materials (POSM, displays, signage) aligned with the brand identity, manage prototyping, costing and production-ready specs, and roll-out across regions with local teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in design, interior architecture or architecture.
• 5–8 years in visual merchandising or retail design.
• Experience in the niche perfumery sector and its standards.
• Strong field experience with local teams and vendors.
• Hybrid creative/technical profile with design to spec ability.
• Fluent French and professional English required.
• Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop permanent VM materials focused on POSM, displays and signage.
• Oversee prototyping, sampling and costing from concept to production specs.
• Develop and update visual merchandising guidelines for global markets.
• Manage VM device rollout in the field ensuring brand standards.
• Collaborate with markets worldwide to adapt applications to constraints.
