Job summary

Kayali in Dubai seeks a visually minded Visual Merchandising Manager to lead regional VM projects end-to-end, from ideation to deployment across multiple channels. You will manage store fits, POP displays, animation and new product launches while coordinating with global and regional teams to ensure on-brand execution.

Proven ability to drive complex merchandising programs, strong communication, and senior-level project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• You must be a confident user of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the most complex VM projects from scoping through implementation and deployment.
• Main point of contact and leader of all regional VM projects from ideation to execution.
• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution with suppliers and retailers for each project.
• Lead all internal and external communications surrounding projects across MEASAT, the Middle East, Africa, India, APAC, Travel Retail.
