Genius HRTech Services L.L.C - FZ - Dubai is seeking an AGM Visual Merchandising to lead the VM strategy and execution across the Middle East from Dubai. The role oversees 200+ stores and requires strong VM experience in European retail markets with exposure to international brands.

The candidate will develop seasonal VM concepts, calendars, store setups and window guidelines while establishing world-class VM standards across markets and coaching in-store VM teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Visual Merchandising experience in European retail markets.
