Abroad Activities in Dubai seeks a Director of Treasury to own liquidity, funding, FX risk and banking relationships across the UAE and emerging markets. You will lead the treasury function, optimize capital structure, and drive treasury technology initiatives in a high‑growth logistics setting.
The role requires 8–12 years in treasury, strong communication and leadership, and experience with multi‑currency environments and ERP/TMS systems.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years treasury experience in logistics or multinational emerging‑market firms.
- Strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity management capabilities.
- Experience with multi‑currency, multi‑entity environments and FX risk.
- Excellent communication and leadership with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group treasury strategy, including inter‑company funding.
- Manage liquidity forecasting and daily cash across jurisdictions.
- Oversee FX exposures, hedging and currency risk management.
- Ensure treasury policies, controls and procedures are embedded.
- Lead treasury system enhancements and reporting automation.
- Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and banks on governance.
- Report to CFO and contribute to capital allocation decisions.
