Job summary

AMEA Power Group in Dubai seeks a Treasury Director to lead cash management, liquidity, risk and funding strategies for the group and related entities. The role reports to the CFO and requires strong leadership across cross‑functional teams.

You will oversee intercompany lending, centralized payments, and ensure compliance with UAE Free Zone and corporate tax rules. Experience with multinational treasury operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or CFA/CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial risk management.
• Demonstrated experience managing treasury operations for multinational organizations or related parties.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Treasury & Cash Management across entities.
• Corporate Financing & Capital Structure including intercompany loans and debt management.
• Investment & Financial Performance Management including portfolio reviews.
• Financial Reporting, Compliance & Governance per IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Budgeting, Cost Control & Operational Efficiency across departments and projects.
• Accounts Payable, Receivable & Working Capital Management.
