Job summary

ECU Worldwide is seeking a Group Treasurer to lead and scale the global treasury function. You will manage liquidity, optimize capital structures, and oversee risk management across multiple jurisdictions from our Dubai location.

The role requires senior expertise in corporate finance, debt markets, FX hedging, and treasury systems, with a proven ability to build teams and drive transformational projects. Collaboration with the Global CFO and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, global liquidity management, debt capital markets, and FX risk management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in building treasury functions, systems, and teams from the ground up.
• Advanced knowledge of treasury management systems and financial instruments.
• Professional qualifications such as ACT, CFA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cash Management: Oversee and implement efficient global cash management strategies.
• Loans and Financing: Manage the Group's debt portfolio, including bank loans, capital markets financing, and intercompany funding structures.
• Working Capital Optimization: Partner with business and finance teams to reduce working capital requirements.
• FX Management and Hedging: Identify and manage foreign exchange exposures across the Group.
• Restricted Cash Optimization: Assess and optimize usage of restricted cash balances in various jurisdictions.
• Strategic Group Finance Transformation Projects: Support the CFO and Finance Leadership Team in delivering enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
• Additional Responsibilities: Build and mentor a high-performing global treasury team.
