Job summary

ECU Worldwide UAE invites a Group Treasurer to lead the global treasury function, driving liquidity management, funding strategies, risk controls and governance across international operations. The role partners with the CFO and business units to scale treasury capabilities and systems.

You will build a high-performing team, spearhead treasury transformation, and ensure compliance and robust reporting across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

13+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational environment.
Strong expertise in corporate finance, global liquidity management, debt capital markets, and FX risk management.
Proven experience in building treasury functions, systems, and teams from the ground up.
Advanced knowledge of treasury management systems and financial instruments.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Professional qualifications such as ACT, CFA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee global cash management and forecasting.
Manage debt portfolio, bank loans, and funding structures.
Drive working capital optimization with receivables, payables, inventory financing.
Identify FX exposures and implement hedging strategies.
Lead treasury transformation projects and system implementations.
Build and mentor a global treasury team.
Ensure governance, controls, and compliance.
Support CFO on large financing transactions and M&A.
