Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in transaction banking, trade finance, cash management, liquidity solutions, or corporate banking.
• Solid grounding in cash management (including pitches), trade products and working capital solutions.
• Degree-level education; certifications such as CDCS, CITF, CFA, or ACI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, analyze needs, and tailor solutions.
• Develop detailed target profiles with demographics, financial habits, and pain points.
• Manage relationships and respond to queries to build client trust.
• Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals to convert leads.
• Support deals from early discussions through delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation with Product, Risk, Legal and Operations.
• Monitor lead conversion rates and other metrics to drive improvements.
