Job summary

Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks a senior Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Transaction Banking solutions for UAE clients. You will manage client relationships, ensure seamless digital integrations, and drive service excellence through proactive reviews and improvements.

You will oversee a global TB implementation agenda, collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology and Operations, and lead a high-performing, inclusive team while ensuring governance and regulatory

Qualifications

Experience in banking/finance with client implementation focus.
Strong project management disciplines and delivery focus.
Extensive knowledge in API, system and technology integrations, and Transaction Banking products.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of complex Transaction Banking solutions.
Oversee senior client relationships, service reviews and escalations.
Drive process simplification, digital integration and continuous improvement.
Maintain governance, controls and regulatory compliance.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
