Job summary

Barclays in Dubai seeks a Global Transaction Banking Sales professional to deliver trade, cash management and working capital solutions to Middle East clients. You will work with senior colleagues and product partners to identify opportunities and shape client-focused solutions.

This role offers exposure to Financial Institution and Corporate clients, managing deals from early discussions through delivery, including onboarding onto bank systems for complex setups. Based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction banking and trade finance with cash management exposure.
• Understanding of cross-border trade flows and UAE regulatory expectations.
• Degree-level education with optional professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide trade, liquidity and cash management solutions.
• Support deals from discovery to delivery, coordinating with Product, Risk and Ops teams.
• Onboard clients and help implement complex trade and cash setups.
• Manage client relationships and measure sales performance across regions.
