Job summary

Standard Chartered in Dubai is seeking an experienced leader to drive the Global Transaction Banking implementation and Cash Client Service strategy. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage senior client relationships and drive continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction.

The role requires strong project management, API/integration knowledge, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology and Operations to design and deliver complex TB solutions.

Qualifications

• Banking/finance industry experience or similar industry.
• Experience in Client Implementation with strong delivery focus.
• Strong project management disciplines.
• Extensive knowledge in API, system and technology integrations, and Transaction Banking products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Implementation and Cash Client Service strategy for the UAE.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of complex Transaction Banking solutions.
• Manage senior client relationships, service reviews and escalations.
• Partner with Sales, Coverage, Product, Technology and Operations on design and delivery.
