Qualifications

Proficiency with technology tools and learning new systems.
Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
Experience providing technical support in a customer-facing role.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across tracking/telematics, communications, and software platforms.
Advise clients on technical solutions and best practices.
Use analytical thinking to diagnose complex problems and leverage AI where appropriate.
Deliver responsive, personalized technical support across multiple channels.
Understand client contexts to provide relevant solutions and maintain strong relationships.
Monitor and maintain GPS tracking, communication platforms, and security apps; configure and optimize systems.
Assist with system integrations, updates and data analysis; document incidents for improvement.
Coordinate during emergencies per SOPs; maintain calm, clear communication.
