You will oversee direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing, international structuring and tax risk management across multiple jurisdictions, guiding business growth including M&A activities.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• Approximately 15+ years of progressive tax experience.
• Extensive experience in both direct and indirect taxation.
• Strong international tax experience covering multi-country operations.
• Proven experience managing tax affairs across Europe and other jurisdictions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the Group's global tax strategy across direct and indirect taxes.
• Manage tax audits, disputes, rulings and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Oversee global indirect tax compliance and advisory matters including VAT/GST.
• Lead tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals and advise on structuring.
• Provide practical tax advice on cross-border and intercompany arrangements.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury and Corporate Development teams.
