Job summary

Human Craft in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced International Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager to lead cross-border tax advisory, transfer pricing, and UAE tax compliance. You will engage with US and European tax matters and coordinate with global advisers to manage risk.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of international tax experience, ideally from Big Four or multinational in-house teams, and fluency in professional English. This is a strategic, cross-border role based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law or a related field required.
• ADIT, CTA, CPA, ACCA or ACA designation is advantageous.
• 7–10+ years of international tax/transfer pricing experience, preferably Big Four or multinational in-house.

Responsibilities

• Advise on cross-border contracts, project structures, intercompany services, and international expansion.
• Assess permanent establishment exposure, withholding taxes, treaties and international tax risks.
• Coordinate US and European tax analysis with local advisers; address corporate and indirect tax implications.
• Monitor global tax developments and minimum tax requirements.
• Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies; support intercompany pricing and TP documentation.
• Support TP risk reviews, audits and compliance across UAE and overseas jurisdictions.
• Support UAE Corporate Tax compliance, reporting, and TP obligations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Project teams on contracts and restructurings.
• Manage external tax advisers and provide clear recommendations to senior management.
