Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC in the UAE seeks a senior tax professional to lead tax strategy, planning and compliance across VAT, corporate tax, transfer pricing and BEPS initiatives for the group.

You will coordinate with finance, legal and regional teams, perform tax provisions and disclosures, manage filings and audit support, and drive tax optimization and risk management across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Commerce / Economics / Finance / Taxation; CA/CPA/CTA or equivalent is preferred.
• 10+ years in a similar tax function or leadership role.
• Strong presentation and training abilities; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with tax legislation changes (VAT, UAE corporate tax, transfer pricing) and drive implementation across the group.
• Provide guidance to tax teams, review provisions, returns and disclosures in statutory statements.
• Initiate tax optimization and planning opportunities; ensure compliance and tax risk management.
