Job summary

EY in Abu Dhabi seeks a Manager to join the MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting team. You will lead complex engagements, drive growth, and oversee client compliance and reporting with a focus on high-quality service.

You will manage engagements, monitor progress, and coach junior team members while upholding Tax Quality guidelines. A strong track record in domestic and international tax and managerial experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field.
• MBA or professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CTA/ADIT) preferred.
• 5+ years of domestic and international tax experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements for the GCR in the MENA region.
• Oversee day-to-day client compliance and reporting deliverables.
• Develop and maintain valued internal and external relationships.
• Supervise teams, coach juniors, and ensure Tax Quality guidelines are followed.
• Drive growth of the GCR practice and improve performance.
