Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting to lead complex engagements and grow the GCR practice in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. You will manage client engagements, deliverables, and risk, while coaching junior staff and ensuring Tax Quality guideline adherence.

You will work across borders with a wide network, applying strong technical tax knowledge and commercial acumen to deliver high-quality compliance and reporting services to multinational clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance or tax.
• MBA or related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CTA/ADIT).
• 5+ years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, ideally in a large professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and drive growth of the GCR practice.
• Manage client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, and implement standardized processes.
• Coach and develop junior team members and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to deliver high-quality services.
