Job summary

EY is seeking a Consultant to join the MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on leading complex engagements, managing client compliance and reporting needs, and driving growth for the GCR practice.

You will supervise teams, establish standardized processes, and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines while coordinating with multinational clients across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related field.
• MBA or professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CTA/ADIT) or equivalent.
• 3+ years in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, ideally in a large firm.
• Strong background in tax accounting and auditing; managerial experience.

• Lead complex engagements and drive growth for GCR practice.
• Manage client engagements, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality service.
• Establish processes, identify risks, and drive performance-improvement solutions.
• Supervise teams, coach junior members, and uphold Tax Quality guidelines.
