Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Public Admin, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with government/semi-government recruitment preferred.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi Government recruitment procedures desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and workforce plans.
• Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selections.
• Prepare recruitment recommendations and hiring documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies with quality standards.
