Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking an experienced Manager Recruitment to lead recruitment across revenue and commercial functions from Abu Dhabi. You will own searches, build international pipelines, advise leaders on market dynamics, and leverage AI-enabled sourcing to identify talent globally.

The role requires managing across multiple markets in a fast-moving, matrixed organization and partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure a transparent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a large international organization.
• Experience operating in a complex, matrixed environment with stakeholders across functions, countries and seniority.
• Strong track record in international recruitment across multiple geographic markets.
• Hands-on use of AI-enabled sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or other recruitment technologies.
• Proven proactive sourcing capabilities including engaging passive candidates rather than relying on applications.
• Experience recruiting commercial talent; sales recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing challenging searches in competitive talent markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of commercial roles, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR partners, advising on talent availability and market dynamics.
• Develop and execute international sourcing strategies across geographic markets.
• Build proactive pipelines for critical and recurring talent requirements.
• Utilize AI-enabled sourcing platforms and recruitment tech to engage high-quality passive talent.
• Recruit across commercial disciplines, with emphasis on sales recruitment.
