Job summary

Salt Dubai is recruiting a Client Lead / Senior Account Director for a leading global skincare account. You will drive day-to-day client relationships across Creative and Social, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategically strong and creatively ambitious work.

You will translate client needs into briefs, coordinate with Creative, Social, Strategy and Production teams, and push for opportunities to grow the account across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large or complex client relationships.
• Strong experience across Creative and Social accounts.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and acting as a trusted day-to-day partner.
• Fluent English; Arabic would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social media, social-first creative and content.
• Proven ability to lead presentations and conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working on skincare/beauty or consumer brands is beneficial.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple markets and teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Commercially aware with ability to identify opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day client relationship across the Creative and Social workstreams.
• Act as a senior strategic partner to the client, understanding their objectives.
• Lead client conversations across social strategy, creative campaigns, content and always-on activity.
• Translate client requirements into briefs and ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Work with Creative, Social, Strategy and Production teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Lead senior client presentations, status meetings and campaign discussions.
• Shape the social and creative direction, challenging briefs and identifying opportunities.
• Ensure cross-campaign thinking across campaigns and always-on activity.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across markets.
• Identify opportunities to grow the agency's scope and strengthen the client relationship.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the wider account team.
